2(c-4)<= 10-c | distribute the 2 on the left...multiply it by c and by -4
2c-8 <=10-c | add c to both sides and add 8 to both sides
2c+8-8+c<=10-c+c+8
3c<=18 | divide both sides by 3
3c/3<=18/3
c<=6
Check it. Use c=1 which is <= 6.
2(1-4)<=10-1
-6<=9 true.
C>=6 is not the correct answer. Plug in a number from that solution into the original inequality. Call C=10 which is >=6.
2(10-4) <= 10-10
12<= 0 is not true.
