Solve -2log(base8)(x + 1) = -8
-2log8(x+1)= -8
log8(x+1)=-8/-2=4
log8(x+1)=4
Exponential form: base(8) raised to log of number(4)=number(x+1)
8^4=x+1
4096=x+1
x=4096-1=4095
