Subtract (4) from (3)
8x-6y=-10

Divide by -2 both sides of above equation
-2y%2F-2=18%2F-2
y=-9
Put the value of y in (1)
4x-3y=-5.........(1)
4x-3%28-9%29=-5
4x%2B27=-5
4x=-5-27
4x=-32

x=-8
x,y=-8, -9
