If t=8, then
c=20(8) + 30
c=160+ 30
c=$190 for 8 months

If c=$90 available
C=20t + 30
90=20t + 30
20t + 30 = 90

Subtract 30 from each side:
20t = 60
Divide both sides by 20

t=3 Months
