PROBLEM: tx-ux=3t

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

This one should be fairly simple:

tx-ux=3t given

x%28t-u%29=3t factored x out of the two terms on the left side

x=%283t%29%2F%28t-u%29 divided both sides by (t-u)

Of course our denominator can NOT equal zero, so:

t-u%3C%3E0

In other words t%3C%3Eu

Other than that, t and u can be any real numbers.

I hope this helps! :)
