-7x^2+5x-9-2x^2-7x-5

(-7x^2-2x^2)+(5x-7x)+(-9-5)

-9x^2-2x-14


So (-7x^2+5x-9)-(2x^2+7x+5) = -9x^2-2x-14 for all values of x.
