2 sec pi/4 + 4 cot pi/3
sec pi/4 =sqrt(2)
cot pi/3 =1/sqrt(3)
2 sec pi/4 + 4 cot pi/3 =2 *sqrt(2) + 4 * (1/sqrt(3))
=2*(1.4)+4(1/1.7)
=2.8+4*0.5=2.8+2.0=4.8 ------->answer
