Multiply thru the Quantity Equation by 16 to get:
16c + 16b = 16*300
16c + 18b = 5256

Subtract and solve for "b":
2b = 456
b = 228 (# of beef dishes ordered)

Solve for "c":
c + b = 300
c + 228 = 300
c = 72 (# of chicken dishes ordered)
