Let t=time required to drain the pool with both pumps working
Together pump1 and pump2 drains at the rate of 25+5=30 gal/min
So, our equation to solve is:
30*t=18000
t=600 min

In 600 min, pump1 drains 5*600=3000 gal
In 600 min pump2 drains 25*600=15000 gal
15000+3000=18000
