You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x-y =10-------------x>y
2y+3x=55
1 x -1 y = 10 .............1
3 x + 2 y = 55 .............2
Eliminate y
multiply (1)by 2
Multiply (2) by 1
2 x -2 y = 20
3 x + 2 y = 55
Add the two equations
5 x = 75.00
/ 5
x = 15
plug value of x in (1)
1 x + -1 y = 10
15 + -1 y = 10
-1 y = 10
-1 y = -5
y = 5
