If the reduced fat is a minimum of 25% less than the full fat food the equation is as follows: F = Full Fat Grams then the Reduced Fat must be F*(1-.25) or F*.75. Remember that 25% =.25. Since F*.75 is the Reduced Fat and it equals 6 The equation is F*.75= 6 divide both sides by .75 gives you F= 6/.75 or F=8.
