You can put this solution on YOUR website!
length of pool 4
Width = 3
Area = 12 M^2
Area of sidewalk =44 M^2
Length of ground + sidewalk =4
width of ground + sidewalk = 12+2x

(4+2x)(3+2x)-44 =12
12+8x+6x+4X^2-44=12
4X^2+14x-44=0
/2
2x^2+7x-22=0
2x^2+11x-4x-22=0
x(2x+11)-2(2x+11)=0
(x-2)(2x+11)=0
x=2 which is positive
width = 2ft
