but within the absolute value you multiply first to find the product of 4 times (-2), because multiplication has priority over addition and subtraction.
After this point, multiplying 4 times (-6) must be done before subtracting 6, so
4%28-6%29-abs%28-2-4%28-2%29%29=-24-4=-28
