You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
h(x)=5/2x+x^2
h(-3/10)=(5/2)(-3/10)+(-3/10)^2
h(-3/10)=(5/2)(-3/10)+9/100
h(-3/10)=-15/20+9/100
h(-3/10)=-3/4+9/100
h(-3/10)=-75/100+9/100
h(-3/10)=-66/100
h(-3/10)=-33/50
