example: 100 points for class
90 for everything before final exam and 10 for exam
.87(90)=78.3
if you get a 0% on the test its 78.3/100=78.3%
if you get a 50% on the test its 83.3/100=83.3%
if you get a 100% on the test its 88.3/100=88.3%
so if an 88 is an A then yes, if 88 is a B then no
