- Find the domain of the logarithmic function f(x)=log(10-5x)base2. Answer by NAMath(12) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! The answer is -infinity, 2 because a logarithm cannot be a negative number and
10-5x=0
10=5x
x=2
So this means that x cannot be greater than two otherwise it would cause you to have a negative logarithm which is not possible.
