The reciprocal of b, then put it over a single denominator
1%2F%28a%2B%281%2Fb%5E2%29%29 = 1%2F%28%28ab%5E2%2B1%29%2Fb%5E2%29
invert the dividing fraction and multiply
1 * b%5E2%2F%28ab%5E2%2B1%29 or just b%5E2%2F%28ab%5E2%2B1%29
