First find the slope, which is m= %28y%5B2%5D+-+y%5B1%5D%29%2F%28x%5B2%5D+-+x%5B1%5D%29+
m = +%284-7%29+%2F%282-%28-3%29%29=+-3%2F5
y-7=+%28-3%2F5%29+%2A+%28x%2B3%29
y+-+7+=+%28-3%2F5%29%2Ax+-3%2F5%2A3
y+-+7+=%28-3%2F5%29x+-+9%2F5
y+=+%28-3%2F5%29+x+-9%2F5+%2B+7
y+=+%28-3%2F5%29x+%2B+26%2F5

Check by substituting x = 2, and see if you get y = 4! It works!!
