You need to use the rules:
+log%28a%29+%2B+log%28b%29+%2B+log%28c%29+=+log%28+a%2Ab%2Ac+%29+
+a%2Alog%28b%29+=+log%28a%5Eb%29+

Everything in the given expression needs to be
in the form of +log%28a%29+, so I change 2
+2+=+log%28100%29+. This just says +10%5E2+=+100+



I'm not sure what to do now, but I believe this is
the right approach.
