If the sum of the measures of A and B is 115 degrees what is the measure of C?
:
A + B + C = 180
:
The sum of A + B was given as 115, therefore, we can write it
115 + C = 180
Subtract 115 from both sides
C = 180 - 115
C = 65 degrees
