You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What we know:
Area = Length X Width
Perimeter of rectangele = 2(lenghth) * 2(width)
Perimeter of this rectangle = 70 inches
---
Width = x
Length = 6x
---
2(x) + 2(6x) = 70
2x + 12x = 70
14x = 70
x=5
---
Lenght = 5
Width = 30 (6*5)
---
Area = 5 * 30
Area = 150 in^2
