You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%289x%5E2y%2F5%29+%2F+%283xy%5E2%2F20%29+
Invert the divisor and multiply
%289x%5E2y%2F5%29%2A%2820%2F3xy%5E2%29+
Then either cancel, or multiply and then cancel
= 180x%5E2y%2F%2815xy%5E2%29
= 12x%2Fy

If I've read your problem correctly, it's this, correct?:
%28%289x%5E2y%2F5%29%29%2F%28%283xy%5E2%2F20%29%29
A few things will be helpful to note here:
%28%28a%2Fx%29%29%2Fb=a%2F%28x%2Ab%29 and a%2F%28%28b%2Fx%29%29=%28a%2Ax%29%2Fb
We can take your 2 pieces and make them easier to work with:
%289x%5E2y%2F5%29=%281%2F5%29%289x%5E2y%29 and 3xy%5E2%2F20=%281%2F20%29%283xy%5E2%29
That makes your problem

So you were very close, you just had an extra Y in there.
