You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What is the slope and y- intercept of -3y = 4(6x - 3)?
Begin by rearranging given equation inot "slope-intercept" form of:
y = mx + b
.
-3y = 4(6x - 3)
-3y = 24x - 12
3y = -24x + 12
y = -8x + 4
.
From inspection then:
slope is -8
y-intercept is at (0,4)
