You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What are the steps to determine the slope of the line passing through the points P = (X1,Y1)=(2,-1) and Q=(X2,Y2)=(-6,-3)? I am trying to make sure my steps are correct.
Thank you
THE FORMULA FOR SLOPE IS (Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)={-3-(-1)}/(-6-2)=-2/-8 = 1/4
