-6y = -3x +72
y = -3/6 x + 72/-6
y = (-1/2)x - 12
X intercept is -12 (-12, 0)
To get the y intercept set y = 0
0 = -1/2 x - 12
12 = -1/2x
12 * -2/1 = x
x = -24
y intercept = -24 (0, -24)
