first let's add the 2+2 at the end to get 4. Then let's distribute the negative to get [x-x/2-2-(x+(-x/2+2)/2)+2]/4.Then you get [x-x/2-2-x+(x/2+2)/2)-2]/4.Then add all like terms to get (-x/2-4+((x/2+2)/2)]/4.Then multiply both top and bottom by 2 to get (-x-8+x/2+2)/8.Then multiply by 2 aain to get (-2x-16+x+4)/16. Add like terms to get (-x-12)/16.That is the simpiliest you can get it.
