Such a figure isn't possible. An equilateral triangle is a triangle with three equal sides and three equal angles. An equilateral triangle has three 60 degree angles.
Only a right triangle has a hypotenuse. A right triangle cannot be equilateral because it must have a 90 degree angle.
A right triangle can be isosceles, or scalene, but not equilateral.
