You can put this solution on YOUR website! I have to make a graphic with this equation:

I think you mean you have to graph that equation, or make a graph of the equation.

This one is not a straight line, so you have to plot more points, then draw a smooth curve thru them.
If you use a calculator, most don't have a base 1/2, so change to base 10 or to natural logs.
F(x) = log(1/2,x) = log(x)/log(1/2)
Then pick values for x, solve for F(x), and plot the points. Note that x has to be >0.
