2p%3E3p-10-5 Subtract 5 from both sides.


2p-3p%3E-10-5 Subtract 3p from both sides.


-p%3E-10-5 Combine like terms on the left side.


-p%3E-15 Combine like terms on the right side.


p%3C%28-15%29%2F%28-1%29 Divide both sides by -1 to isolate p. note: Remember, the inequality sign flips when we divide both sides by a negative number.


p%3C15 Reduce.
