Plug value of the slope and point (4 ,-7 ) in
Y = m x + b
-7.00 = 4*1/4 + b
b= -7 - 1
b= -8
So the equation will be
Y = 1/4 x -8

Plug value of the slope and point ( 5 , 6 ) in
Y = m x + b
6.00 = 5*3 + b
b= 6 - 15
b= -9
So the equation will be
Y = 3 x -9
