You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x be the first integer
Then x+2 be the second integer
And x+4 be the third integer

x+x+4=5(x+2)-69
2x+4=5x+10-69
2x+4=5x-59
-3x=-63
x=21

The second integer
=21+2
=23

The third integer
=21+4
=25
