-7x-28%3C6x-45 Combine like terms on the left side.


-7x%3C6x-45%2B28 Add 28 to both sides.


-7x-6x%3C-45%2B28 Subtract 6x from both sides.


-13x%3C-45%2B28 Combine like terms on the left side.


-13x%3C-17 Combine like terms on the right side.


x%3E%28-17%29%2F%28-13%29 Divide both sides by -13 to isolate x. note: Remember, the inequality sign flips when we divide both sides by a negative number.
