Question 535902: I am being asked to compare the measures of two acute triangles. The first triangle TSU has a measure of 42 degrees at angle T. The second triangle VWX has a measure of 43 at angle W. On both triangles there is a semi-circle at the angle with the measure.... On both triangles the length of ST and VW is 5; and TU and WX is 4. The question is asking me to compare lines SU and VX, but I'm not entirely sure what is being asked of me here....
Please tell me if this isn't clear or you need more info (though I don't really have anything else....) Answer by KMST(5328) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Let me superimpose those triangles, except I'll make the angles 40 and 45 degrees so the difference can be seen. I superimposed ST and VW. With congruent adjacent sides, larger angle opposes longer side.
