You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The question is not clear. I supposed you were supposed to simplify
%28-6m+x%5E2%2B9n+x%5E2-8n%29-+%289m+x%5E2-8m%2B7n%29%2B%28-9m+x%5E2%29%2B4n+x%5E2
If you had values for m, n, and x, you could just substitute, calculate and get a number. Of course, you would calculate what's inside the parentheses first.
You cannot due that. What you could do is to group similar terms. To do that you have to get rid of the pesky parentheses. You cannot just erase them, because it would change the meaning.
When a parenthesis is added to something else, or when there is nothing at all in front of the parenthesis, removing it does not change the meaning and value of the expression.
When a parenthesis follows a minus sign, the equivalent expression is the one where the parenthesis was removed, but also all the plus and minus signs inside the parenthesis were flipped.

Now you can start to group terms that have the same letter combinations and exponents. You cannot combine 9n+x%5E2 and -8n because it's like adding apples and oranges. But you can combine -8n with -7n because the are both terms in n. You can also combine -6m+x%5E2 and the -9m+x%5E2 terms. The same goes for the terms in m, and the terms in nx%5E2. You end up with:
-24mx%5E2+%2B+13nx%5E2-15n%2B8m
