Since mixed numbers like 2 2/5 have to be converted to improper fractions like before you can multiply them without headaches, I would rather say
Find the product of 3/4 and 12/5
Do you need to spell the numbers too?
In that case, I would say
"Find the product of three fourth and twelve fifths."
Or if I had to spell the mixed number I would reword to avoid having the word "and" twice by saying
"Find the product of three fourths multiplied by two and two fifths."
