-2log3%28x%29=log3%28x%5E-2%29
Because the x is raised to an even power, the only thing that x can't be is 0.
That means there's a vertical asymptote at 0.
If your allowed to use a graphing calculator, use the change of base formula and graph (ln(x^(-2))/(ln(3))
