Question 533147: How do I do this?
Identify and graph the polar equation r=2+4cos (theta). Label three points.
How do ifind the points basically?
Thank you

You can put this solution on YOUR website! It's a limacon with inner loop.
If you only plot 3 points, I would pick
Theta=0, because that's the minimum of cos(theta)
Theta=180 degrees or pi, because that's the minimum of cos(theta), and
Theta=120 degrees or 2pi/3, because that's when r=0
For more points, I would pick all the multiples of 30 degrees of pi/6.
