I think in your problem, every time you wrote "cubed", you mean "squared".

This means that it should be:
15. 6t%5E2+-11t+%2B+4, which does NOT factor (maybe you copied it wrong!).
17. 8x%5E2+%2B33x%2B4, which is (8x+1)(x+4).
19. +3b%5E2+-16b+%2B+16, which is (3b-4)(b-4).
etc.
