You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Look at x as rabbits. If you have 2 rabbits (2x) and take away 1 rabbit (x), you're left with 1 rabbit (x). That equation is 2x-x=x. If you don't like rabbits, use dollars... or apples... or oranges... or anything...
