You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
x1 y1 x2 y2
0 * -3 5 1
slope m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
( 1 - -3 )/( 5 - 0 )
( 4 / 5 )
m= 4/ 5
Plug value of the slope and point ( 0,-3 ) in
Y = m x + b
-3.00 = 0 + b
b= -3 - -0
b= -3
So the equation will be
Y = 4/5 x -3

You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
write an equation for the points (0,-3) (5,1)
-----
y-intercept = f(0) = -3
---
slope = (1--3)/(5-0) = 4/5
----
Equation:
y = (4/5)x - -3
