You can put this solution on YOUR website! Thirteen (13) is a counting number, the kind you "naturally" think about, even in kindergarden or first grade, so it is a natural number.
All natural numbers are whole numbers, and everyone agrees that zero is also a whole number. (Many think zero is not a natural number, but not everyone agrees on that, so agree with your teacher and/or textbook as needed).
All whole/natural numbers are integers. (There are some integers that do not come to you as naturally, like the negative integers, which do not count as natural or whole)
