Distance = 13km
Speed = 40 km/h
Time = ?

Time = Distance / Speed
Time = 13/40
Time = 0.325 hour
Time = 0.345 * 60 minutes
Time = 19.5 minutes
It will take 19 and half minutes to complete 13km.
