I think the answer is x+y=56
Her is where I get stuck;
The sales representative later indicates that there are six times as many home available with second floor plan than the first. Write an equation that illustrates this situation. Use the same variables you used in part a
is it x+6y=56
because I then must use substitution method to determine how many of each floor plan are available.
