You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let
Number of Double Occupancy rooms = x
Number of Single Occupancy rooms = 80-x
Given
Charges for Double Occupancy room = $90
Charges for Single Occupancy room = $80
Total Charges = $6930
Charges of Double Occupancy rooms * Number of Rooms + Charges for Single Occupancy * Number of Rooms = Total Charges
90*x + 80*(80-x)=6930
90x+6400-80x=6930
-10x=6930-6400
-10x=530
-10x/-10=530/-10
x=53

Number of Double Occupancy rooms = x = 53
Number of Single Occupancy rooms = 80-x = 80-53 = 27

Check
======
90*53+27*80=6930
4770+2160=6930
6930=6930
