since the trains are moving towards each other
add up the speed 125+105=>=230 mph
1mph convert to ft/s
1 mile = 5280 ft
1 hour = 3600 seconds
1*5280/3600 = ft/s
=1.47 ft/s
230 mph = 230*1.47= 337.3ft/s
time = 45 seconds
distance = 337.33*45= 15180 feet
They will be 15,180 feet away.
