2b=3b-3%2B6 Add 6 to both sides.


2b-3b=-3%2B6 Subtract 3b from both sides.

-b=3 Combine like terms on the right side.


b=%283%29%2F%28-1%29 Divide both sides by -1 to isolate b.


b=-3 Reduce.
