You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Fund B --------------- x--------------5%
Fund A----------------x-6000----------8%
Interest = 1340
The percent has been converted by multiplying the equation by 100
5x+8(x-6000)= 1340*100
5x+8x-48000=134000
13x=134000+48000
13x=182000
/13
x=14000 Fund B
Fund A - 8000
CHECK
8000*8%+14000*5%=>640+700=1340
