The th term is . Just plug in the values to calculate the coefficients and exponents for each of the 13 terms (the first one is term 0, that's why there are 13) and add them together.
If you can find a Pascal's Triangle with at least 13 rows, the 13th row will give you the combinations you need. Or you can open a spreadsheet (Excel on the PC or Numbers on the Mac) then enter =COMBIN(12,0) in one cell, =COMBIN(12,1) in the next and so on up to =COMBIN(12,12).
