2^3^2 = (2)^[3^2]
= 2^9
Its written as
+2%5E3%5E2
= +2%5E9
But
%282%5E3%29%5E2 is different
4^2^2 = (2^2)[(2)^(2)]
= 2^[2*4]
= 2^8
But this

=2%5E%282%2A4%29
=2%5E8
