Start with the basic log x function where the curve starts from the y=axis ,an asymptote, and crosses the x-axis when x=1, that is, y>0 when x>1, and y<0 when 0 < x < 1.

log10x=log10+logx=1+logx
so, we bump the basic log curve one unit up

2log10x
2 is just a multiplier which makes the slope of the final curve steeper
Comment: don't give me too much credit for figuring this out because I have a graphing program on my computer which showed me exactly what I described above.
